Clare Adcock, BSc Hons, PG Dip, MSc
Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) I have expertise and specialise in providing gold-standard Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have experience in using a variety of approaches, including Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Throughout my career I have worked in a broad range of settings, including the NHS and specialist adult services. I provide a supportive and warm approach and take pride in getting to know you as an individual.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), which is the lead organisation and accrediting body for CBT in the UK. I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapies, in which I gained a distinction grade. I adhere to the ethical codes of the BABCP. My membership number is 998608.
